Cellar Comedy Night - Thursday 29th March 2018

Looking for giggle and a night of razor-sharp wit. Treat yourself to a hilarious evening of top comedy and join us for a night of Live Stand Up Comedy in conjunction with Funhouse Comedy.

Line up for March's Comedy Club:

Danny Posthill

Britain's Got Talent 2015 Finalist who needs no introduction....

Danny has been making people laugh since the age of 16 after being talked into doing Impressions at his school talent show. Since discovering his passion for comedy Danny has never looked back. His versatile act caters for all walks of life with unbeatable stand up and a string of impressions such as Jimmy Carr, Billy Connolly, Lee Evans plus many more to guarantee a night of laughter you will never forget.

Noel James

Welsh comic wizard described as surreal, absurd, intelligent and somehow strangely attractive, but then he would say that, wouldn't he?! His 2001 and 2002 Edinburgh shows received rave reviews, catapulting him into the upper echelons of the comedy circuit.

'Liberates the lunatic side to our personalities - brilliantly!' (Time Out)

'Stands out like a droll giant in a comedy land of trite dwarfs' (The Independent)

'Absolutely Hilarious!' (HTV & Wales on Sunday).

Adam Vincent

An Australian stand up comedian and writer who moved to the UK thinking the grass would be greener. It was a safe bet as it rains here most of the time and Australia is the driest continent on earth.

The move worked out well professionally, landed a writing gig on a TV show called The Last leg. It's been going five years now, we've won awards, got nominated for a BAFTA and most importantly, they haven't fired me.

Compere for the Evening - Stevie Gray

Becoming now our Resident Compere - Stevie is a cheeky and very likeable comedian, Stevie Gray's stage act fuses jokes, music, news stories and audience participation to create an up-tempo energy in any room. The recent addition of a guitar on stage has added an extra-dimension to Stevie's act and made him one of the hottest new acts on the UK comedy circuit.
