Line up for September's Comedy Club:

Duncan Oakley

With musical skills that would easily fit into many rock bands Duncan Oakley performs an infectious mix of musical comedy and stand up with one of his trusty guitars – Maurice (Fender Strat), No.7 (acoustic) or his Les Paul (the Lezza) by his side.   With an eye and ear for the silly, rude, playful and downright irritating occurrences of life Duncan musters up songs that not only make you laugh, they bury into the recesses of your mind and find you a humming tune with a smile on your face 3 days later, confused and wondering where it’s come from.

Gerry K

Anecdotal, observational and refreshingly honest in style, Gerry's comedy is enriched by a somewhat unique perspective:  Now a regular and in-demand headline act both in the UK and overseas, Gerry has played all of the nation's leading clubs including The Comedy Store, Jongleurs, Komedia. With his energetic and likeable personality, infectious joie de vivre and a beaming smile that warms up the coldest of nights, Gerry K is a truly feelgood act.

Matt Stellingwerf

Matt is a 2015 & 2016 Billy T Comedy Award Nominee, hailing from New Zealand Wanganui-raised farmer's son and trained criminologist, an award-winning bar fly...and genuinely lovely guy, Matt Stellingwerf is a man of contradictions. He expertly brings these contradictions to the stage with his typical low-key style and confidence, finding the humour in topics as diverse as love, mental illness, sex, drugs, and this crazy interview he once conducted with a serial killer on Death Row!

Compere for the Evening - Stevie Grey

A cheeky and very likeable comedian, Stevie Gray's stage act fuses jokes, music, news stories and audience participation to create an up-tempo energy in any room. The recent addition of a guitar on stage has added an extra-dimension to Stevie's act and made him one of the hottest new acts on the UK comedy circuit.
