Good to know:
Certain Superior Rooms can be set as A twin room if advance notice is given.  Twin Rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. Due to the layout of the hotel, some rooms are not accessible by lift and involve stairs.
Superior Rooms are able to accommodate up to two children on rollaway beds or cots. Cots are charged at £15.00 each per night and rollaway beds charged at £30.00 each per night and must be pre-booked directly with the hotel prior to arrival. Due to health and safety reasons extra beds can only be used to accommodate children up to the age of 12. 
Certain Superior Rooms are suitable for guests with dogs if advance notice is given. If you wish to bring your dog there is a charge of £20.00 per dog, per night. Dog friendly rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. Please click here to view our dog disclaimer
Kindly note that we use both feather and non-feather bedding. If the latter is preferred for allergy reasons, kindly advise us prior to arrival.
