On a sultry night in Barbados, as a young girl Elisa Caleb dialled into a station playing Ella Fitzgerald and discovered how cool singing jazz could sound. Fast forward to Twickenham and sixth form college and Elisa happened upon a jazz jam session run by a bunch of music students and took her first steps towards a singing career that has seen her travel the length and breadth of the UK and throughout Europe performing at festivals and clubs, most often with her guitarist/producer husband Jo Caleb and various top-notch musicians.
