To get us in the mood for the upcoming festivities, David Hayward of Gonzalez Byass UK will guide us through a selection of sherries from super dry to unctuously sweet, interwoven with ports from Quinta do Noval, and finishing with a warming wee dram of whisky. All complemented by canapés, cheeses and coffee.
