The Cotswold Water Park is an area of 40 square miles, with more than 180 lakes set across the countryside of Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
The lakes are perfect for trying a wide range of water sports for beginners and experts alike with friendly and experienced tutors available to help. Choose from sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing and wakeboarding. The area also has an inland beach for family bathing and paddling - The Cotswold Country Park and Beach.
There are miles of off-road paths for walking and cycling or alternatively you could try archery, shooting, fishing, golf, paint balling, wildlife skills and even rally driving.
There is no entry fee to the Cotswold Water Park and the paths are free to explore on foot or bike. Bikes are available to hire. The activities are operated by independent business and charges vary. Booking ahead is recommended, particularly during school holidays.
